As I wrote here, walking around the city (or even for the campaign) with the shoes we hold collect bacteria and parasites contained in dog faeces, which are then brought into our homes and can transmit worms and infectious diseases. Especially children becoming infested with the eggs of worms , if you accidentally into contact with dog excrement. The larvae, which subsequently migrate into the tissue, can result depending on the location, a range of symptoms, provoking - although rarely - even life-threatening diseases (see here). What should we do with a child - who knows how to crawl or walk-in house and then take off our shoes when we go home. With the slippers then you are more comfortable - and not make noise in the apartment below :-).
